Version 3.4 of Durst Analytics makes your production figures easier to act on. The new Substrate Efficiency Score shows how efficiently substrates are handled and exactly where points are lost, Spanish joins the list of supported interface languages, and the collective export now tells you up front whether your selection fits within its limits.

New Features:

Substrate Efficiency Score
The Substrate Efficiency Score is now available in Analytics. It rates how efficiently substrates are handled over a production day: the score starts at 100 points, and Analytics shows the individual penalties behind the result, split into three parts:

- Oscillation: switching from one substrate to another and then back again.

- Multi-use: using the same substrate more than once in a non-continuous way.

- Short runs: substrates that run only briefly, measured against the total production time of that day.

Because each penalty is shown separately, you can see immediately where a change in your production sequence would gain you the most points, instead of being left with a single number and no explanation.

Spanish Language Support
The Analytics frontend is now available in Spanish, including Spanish time-format handling. Spanish-speaking operators and teams can work with Analytics entirely in their own language, alongside the existing English, German, Italian and Chinese versions.

Improvements:

Collective Export
The collective export now shows how many printers your filter selection covers while you are still setting it up. You can see straight away whether you are within the limit for the selected report type, instead of finding out from an error message after the export has already been generated.
