Durst Analytics - Release Note 3.3
Version 3.3 of Durst Analytics opens the platform to new markets, gives you more freedom in how you get your production data out of the system, and calculates printing time more accurately on jobs that are paused. Alongside full Chinese language support, this release makes AI-assisted production visible in your job statistics and removes the practical limits that used to stand in the way of long-term, fleet-wide exports.
New Features:
HawkAI Usage Flag
A new flag in the Print Job Statistics and in the Excel export shows whether the HawkAI option was used for a print job. This makes AI-assisted production visible at job level, so you can compare jobs printed with and without HawkAI and see the difference directly in your own production data.
Chinese Language Support
The Analytics frontend and the PDF reports are now available in Chinese. Teams in China and Chinese-speaking operators anywhere in your organization can work with Analytics, and share its reports, entirely in their own language.

Collective Export
The collective export now offers CSV in addition to Excel. Exports covering many printers or long periods previously failed because of Excel's own limitations, with CSV you can now pull up to a full year of data in one go. Excel exports cover up to one month and 25 printers, CSV exports up to one year and 25 printers. New filter options in the export generation window make it easier to define exactly the data set you need and keep the result manageable.
Job Handling
Paused print jobs on printers with platform software (P5 X, P5 SMP and others) are now handled properly. Each print run of a paused job is recorded separately, and printing time is calculated without the time the job spent on hold, so your productivity figures reflect what the machine was really doing.
