With this release, Durst Analytics takes another step forward, delivering clearer insights, improved usability, and a more connected experience across cloud and mobile. By extending machine status tracking, introducing powerful comparison tools, and fully integrating MyDurst Single Sign-On, this update helps you better understand how your printers are used, how they perform, and how they compare - with fewer clicks and greater clarity.

New features:

Printer Status “Initialized”
Durst Analytics now includes an additional printer status: Initialized.
This status tracks periods when a machine is powered on and ready to print, complementing the existing operational states. By clearly distinguishing powered-on time from actual production time, you gain a much more accurate view of real machine utilization and productivity. The new status is available for Label, P5, and VariJet printers and is fully integrated into productivity charts and the newly introduced productivity KPIs.

Authentication with MyDurst SSO
All users now authenticate via MyDurst Single Sign-On (SSO).
This unifies access across Durst services, enhances security, and removes the need for separate Analytics credentials. User and access management is fully centralized in MyDurst, ensuring a consistent and future-ready login experience.

Compare Machines Chart
The new Compare Machines chart makes it easy to analyze performance side by side. You can now compare 2 to 5 machines simultaneously, based on:
> Plant
> Machine type
> Segment
> Serial number
This enables faster benchmarking, clearer performance comparisons, and more confident decision-making across your entire printer fleet.

Service Tickets on Mobile
Service ticket creation is now available in the mobile version of Durst Analytics.
Support requests for the Durst Service Portal can be created directly from the shop floor, enabling faster reporting and smoother collaboration with the service team - anytime, anywhere.

Remote Printer Settings from the Cloud
Customer Admins can now manage key printer settings directly from the cloud, including:
> Renaming printers
> Assigning tags
> Managing job title pseudo-anonymization

This makes fleet organization and data governance more flexible, without requiring local access.

Improvements:

Improved Printer Status Overview
The Printer Status overview has been refined to improve readability and grouping.
Printers with special states (Offline, Missing Data, Disconnected, Installation, Online) are grouped under Others, while a new Off group highlights printers that are not initialized.

Enhanced Chart Navigation
Charts now feature an improved zoom experience with:
> A dedicated zoom bar
> A mini-map for time navigation
This makes it easier to focus on specific timeframes and analyze details without losing context.

New Ink Tank Widget
For printer types where main tank fill levels are not available, the dashboard now uses a dedicated Ink Tank widget.
Instead of showing fixed or potentially misleading fill levels, the widget focuses on what matters most:
> Ink batch information
> Expiration warnings
> Ink-related insights without fill-level assumptions

Refinements & Fixes:

Several refinements have been applied across the application, including:
> A clearer calculation logic for ink consumption per square meter, reducing ambiguity and improving KPI interpretation
> Improved handling of ink consumption updates on platform-based printers (LFP), ensuring changes made in the platform software are correctly reflected
> More reliable screen refresh behavior, ensuring data is only displayed once current values are available

This release strengthens the foundation of Durst Analytics by combining clearer data interpretation, smarter comparisons, and a smoother user experience across devices and environments.
