Durst Analytics - Release Note 3.1
With this release, Durst Analytics takes another step forward, delivering clearer insights, improved usability, and a more connected experience across cloud and mobile. By extending machine status tracking, introducing powerful comparison tools, and fully integrating MyDurst Single Sign-On, this update helps you better understand how your printers are used, how they perform, and how they compare - with fewer clicks and greater clarity.
New features:
Authentication with MyDurst SSO
All users now authenticate via MyDurst Single Sign-On (SSO).
This unifies access across Durst services, enhances security, and removes the need for separate Analytics credentials. User and access management is fully centralized in MyDurst, ensuring a consistent and future-ready login experience.
Improvements:
Enhanced Chart Navigation
Charts now feature an improved zoom experience with:
> A dedicated zoom bar
> A mini-map for time navigation
This makes it easier to focus on specific timeframes and analyze details without losing context.
New Ink Tank Widget
For printer types where main tank fill levels are not available, the dashboard now uses a dedicated Ink Tank widget.
Instead of showing fixed or potentially misleading fill levels, the widget focuses on what matters most:
> Ink batch information
> Expiration warnings
> Ink-related insights without fill-level assumptions
Refinements & Fixes:
Several refinements have been applied across the application, including:
> A clearer calculation logic for ink consumption per square meter, reducing ambiguity and improving KPI interpretation
> Improved handling of ink consumption updates on platform-based printers (LFP), ensuring changes made in the platform software are correctly reflected
> More reliable screen refresh behavior, ensuring data is only displayed once current values are available
This release strengthens the foundation of Durst Analytics by combining clearer data interpretation, smarter comparisons, and a smoother user experience across devices and environments.
