We are pleased to announce the release of version 2.19, which offers significant improvements to workflow simplification, transparency, and machine and job management. The update includes enhanced job views, better mobile usability and expanded service capabilities, all of which are designed to support user productivity.

New features:

Printer-Type-Specific Job Views
The Printer Jobs tab has been updated to automatically adapt to your specific printer type. Regardless of whether you are working with LFP, Label, or Textile Printer, you will only see the most relevant KPIs and data columns, thereby reducing clutter and enabling you to focus on what matters most.

Service Mode Indicator
Printers entering service mode will now be clearly highlighted throughout the platform. This visual indicator enables service teams to distinguish between production downtime and planned maintenance, providing enhanced visibility and faster response times.

Service Ticket Attachment
Attach up to 10 MB of files to your service tickets directly from the interface. This makes it easier to document issues with screenshots, logs or photos, thereby improving communication and speeding up resolution.

TuneIn for Varijet
The Varijet series now supports the powerful TuneIn tab, which is familiar to users of SPC printers. Thanks to nozzle-age tracking and colour-coded visualisations, you can now monitor nozzle health in real time and take preventive action before any issues affect print quality.

Improvements:

KPI chart improvements
Ink usage charts now include coloured dots to represent the ink channels used. This clarifies the difference between spot colour and process inks, providing a clearer overview at a glance.

Mobile app facelift
The mobile experience has been upgraded.
Print jobs are now grouped by print_job_id, which matches the web UI and provides a consistent experience, regardless of where you access the data.

Substrate filter options
A new 'Substrate Type' column and filter ('Board', 'Roll' or 'Mesh') has been added to the 'Substrate' tab, giving you more control when analysing media usage and planning stock.

Dashboard Filtering Upgrade
The Distributor Code field is now available as both a column and a filter in all main dashboards, making it easier to analyse your data based on distribution partners.
